Alan Keyes has filed a lawsuit to stop the state of California from casting its electoral votes for Prez-Elect Barack Obama, unless he can prove he is a “natural born” citizen of the U.S. The record shows that Obama was born in Hawaii, on Aug. 4, 1961, and a “Certification of Live Birth” has been posted online to back up that position. Is Keyes just a sore loser? In 2004, he lost his bid for a U.S. Senate seat in Illinois. Who won that race? Barack Obama!
